Residential Lettings - Application Procedure

IMPORTANT - Please read the following:

 

A non-refundable fee of £150 will be payable to the Agents by the ingoing Tenants to cover administration costs and credit referencing.

 

A deposit in the sum of the equivalent to one and a half's month's rent will be required on commencement of the Tenancy. This sum will be forwarded to the Deposit Protection Service to comply with legislation.

 

We accept the following methods of payment - cash, cheque, bankers draft, debit or credit card. If the deposit is paid by cheque, please allow 7 days for the cheque to be cleared prior to the commencement of the tenancy. Payment by credit card is subject to a surcharge of 2.75%.

 

On signing the Tenancy Agreement, rent is payable for the forthcoming month. Thereafter, rent is payable in advance on the anniversary date of each month by standing order.

 

In addition to signing the Assured Shorthold Tenancy we require the following information:

•Proof of permanent employment - last 3 months' wage slips

•Employers telephone and fax number (no mobile number).
