During this time, to reduce the risk of infection to contractors and tenants, we are prioritising only the most urgent repairs. We ask that you report any urgent repair by email in the first instance with a clear description of the issue together with any useful photos to email@example.com who will be able to assist and forward the details to the nearest available contractor. We will be conducting further checks of both contractor and tenant prior to instruction to ensure the safety of both parties.
