During this time, to reduce the risk of infection to contractors and tenants, we are prioritising the most urgent repairs first. We ask that you report any urgent repair by email in the first instance with a clear description of the issue together with any useful photos to firstname.lastname@example.org who will be able to assist and forward the details to the nearest available contractor. We will be conducting further checks of both contractor and tenant prior to instruction to ensure the safety of both parties.
To reduce the risk of infection we will be providing video virtual tours for viewings in the first instance (wherever possible).
In line with government guidance, anyone experiencing coronavirus symptoms should be staying at home, to help prevent further spread of the disease.
For physical viewings, in line with government guidelines we will be limiting this to 2 adults per viewing, a declaration form must also be signed and a pre-viewing questionnaire answered.
