Chantel Foster

Chantel, MARLA joined KSSB as an apprentice, she has worked diligently since qualifying in Residential Letting and Property Management, ARLA – Propertymark.

As one of our key advisers in the residential lettings department, Chantel is great at juggling many tasks at once. She is and is great at working with both landlords and tenants alike. 

Outside of work Chantel enjoys spending time with her family, and exploring new places.

Chantel chose an apprenticeship in property management after enjoying learning all aspects of property when she studied law. Whilst she works day-to-day as the Lettings Assistant she enjoys that teamwork is present throughout the office. "KSSB is a great place to work - each person in the team adds value to the company, and we all help each other when needed".
