Our Tenant Find Only service includes:
- Advertising on our own website as well as on Rightmove and OnTheMarket.com – we aim to get your property maximum exposure.
- Accompanied viewing service with feedback within 24 hours of the viewing taking place.
- Careful tenant selection including conducting credit checks and applying for references.
- Notifying utility companies of occupancy.
- Preparation of Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreements.
- Preparation of inventory and schedule of condition.
- Organising safety regulation certificates.
Our Full Management Service:
Is an inclusive package that takes the stress and strain of property ownership by dealing with all aspects of property lettings and includes all of the above services plus:
- Monthly collection of rents and statement of account.
- Registering the deposit with the Deposit Protection Scheme.
- Arranging repairs and maintenance.
- Regular inspections every three months with feedback.
- 6 monthly tenancy renewals (at no extra charge).
- End of tenancy inspection.
